Annual Meeting of the W.S. 8:00 pm Please join us for the annual District meeting of the Women’s Societies! This year the District Meeting will be hosted by the Women’s Societies of the Canadian Reformed Church at Attercliffe. It will be held on May 2nd at 8:00pm in the Attercliffe church building. The topic for the evening is Psalm 51.
TImothy Information Evening 8:00 pm We hope to host an information evening at Timothy Christian School in the Gymnasium. Whether you are a new parent thinking of sending your child to Timothy school or if you have any questions as to the daily "goings-on" at the school, this evening is meant to help address those questions. Representa-tives from Timothy, the Promotions Committee, Ladies Auxiliary, PTA, Function Committee and Voucher Committee will be there to describe their function and answer any questions you might have. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us at timothypromotions@gmail.com
ECHS Musical 7:30 pm You are invited to the ECHS Drama Club’s 2012 production of a Canadian favourite, Anne of Green Gables, a Musical, to be played in the Maranatha Christian School gymnasium in Fergus, on Friday, May 4 at 7:30 P.M. and at Saturday, May 5 at 7:30 P.M. The ticket price per person is $12.00, and the family rate (parents and children living at home) is $40.00. Please obtain your tickets from the MCS/ECHS school office. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. We do not expect that tickets will be sold at the door, because we expect/hope that these two nights will be sell-out performances. Please be aware that the proceeds will cover license fees, staging costs and our fundraising goal: a new sound system for the gym. The musical is adapted from the novel by Donald Harron and the music is written by Norman Campbell with per-mission from the Publishers, Farrar, Straus & Giroux, Inc. Musical arrangements by John Fenwick. Originally commis-sioned by and presented at the Charlottetown Festival, Canada. ANCHOR HOME BENEFIT CONCERT 8:00 pm The Hosanna Choir, directed by Herman den Hollander and accompanied by John Vanderlaan (organ) and Joyce Post-mus (piano) will be in concert together with the Anchor Band, directed by Riese Heemskerk. This benefit concert for the Anchor Home Association will be on Friday, May 4 at Smithville Canadian Reformed Church, 330 Station, Smithville at 8:00pm. Free will offering. For information, please visit www.hosanna-choir-org

Dine and Dash 2012 6:00 pm We've changed it up a bit this year and instead of having the appetizers, dinner and dessert parts of the evening, we will now have cold appetizers, hot appetizers and then dessert. This will hopefully relieve some of the stress off those hosting the dinner. Less stress, more fun.
Victoria Day Carnival! 2:00 pm There will be a barbecue, auc-tion, and a ton of games (which may include pies, water balloons, and a combination of the two).
